2. Grundprinzip: 100% Offline & Datensparsamkeit (Privacy by Design)
Der Schutz Ihrer Privatsphäre hat für uns höchste Priorität. Unsere Anwendungen, insbesondere die App „Flags of the World“ (Flaggen der Welt), sind streng nach dem Prinzip „Privacy by Design“ und „Privacy by Default“ (Art. 25 DSGVO) konzipiert:
- Keine Benutzerregistrierung: Die App kann sofort nach dem Download ohne Erstellung eines Benutzerkontos oder Login genutzt werden.
- 100% lokale Datenverarbeitung: Alle Länderdaten, Flaggen-Grafiken, Quizfragen und Highscores sind lokal im Installationspaket der App hinterlegt und verbleiben ausschließlich auf Ihrem Endgerät.
- Keine Server-Kommunikation zur Laufzeit: Während des regulären Betriebs der App (Flaggen suchen, Quiz spielen) werden keinerlei Daten an Server der A HUB GmbH übertragen.
- Kein Werbe-Tracking: Wir setzen keine Werbe-Netzwerke von Drittanbietern ein und verwenden keine Werbe-Identifier (wie Apple IDFA oder Google Advertising ID).
3. Lokale Speicherung auf Ihrem Endgerät (SharedPreferences)
Um Ihnen eine komfortable Bedienung zu ermöglichen, speichert die App folgende rein technische Einstellungen lokal auf Ihrem Gerät (mittels Standard-Betriebssystemspeicher):
- Gewählte Sprachpräferenz (z. B. Deutsch, Englisch, Türkisch, Spanisch)
- Lokale Spielstände und Highscores (z. B. bester Quiz-Durchlauf)
Diese Daten verbleiben lokal in der geschützten Sandbox der App auf Ihrem Endgerät und werden gelöscht, sobald Sie die App deinstallieren.
4. Berechtigungen auf Ihrem Mobilgerät
Unsere App „Flags of the World“ fordert keinerlei sensible Systemberechtigungen an:
- ❌ Kein Zugriff auf Standort / GPS
- ❌ Kein Zugriff auf Kamera oder Mikrofon
- ❌ Kein Zugriff auf Kontakte oder Adressbuch
- ❌ Kein Zugriff auf Fotos, Medien oder Speicher außerhalb der App-Sandbox
- ❌ Kein Zugriff auf Push-Benachrichtigungen
5. Keine Zahlungen oder Abonnements
Die aktuelle Version 1.0 enthält keine In-App-Käufe oder Abonnements. Die App erhebt oder verarbeitet deshalb keine Zahlungsdaten.
6. Download über den Apple App Store / Google Play Store
Beim Herunterladen der App aus dem Apple App Store oder Google Play Store werden bestimmte erforderliche Informationen an den jeweiligen Store-Betreiber übertragen (insbesondere Apple-ID / Google-Konto, Gerätekennung, Zeitpunkt des Downloads).
Auf diese Datenverarbeitung haben wir keinen Einfluss; sie erfolgt ausschließlich nach den Datenschutzbestimmungen des jeweiligen Plattformbetreibers:

7. Ihre Rechte nach der DSGVO
Ihnen stehen nach der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) umfassende Rechte zu:
- Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO): Sie können Auskunft über Ihre von uns verarbeiteten Daten verlangen. Da wir bei Offline-Apps keine personenbezogenen Daten speichern, können wir keine Daten mit Ihrer Person verknüpfen.
- Recht auf Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO) und Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO).
- Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO) sowie Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO).
- Widerspruchsrecht (Art. 21 DSGVO): Sie können einer Verarbeitung aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit widersprechen.

2. Core Principle: 100% Offline & Data Minimization (Privacy by Design)
The "Flags of the World" app is designed according to the principles of Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default (Art. 25 GDPR):
- No Account Required: You can download and enjoy the app immediately without registration, login, or personal profile creation.
- 100% Local Execution: All 246 countries, flag vectors, quiz questions, and high scores are packaged locally within the app installation on your device.
- Zero Server Communication during Gameplay: During normal use, the app does not transmit any personal data, analytics, or behavioral telemetry to external servers.
- No Advertising & No Tracking: We do not integrate any third-party ad networks and do not access advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA or Google Ad ID).
3. Local Storage on Your Device
The app uses standard operating-system storage to keep the selected language and local game progress or high scores. This information stays inside the app sandbox and is removed when the app is uninstalled.
4. Device Permissions
Our app "Flags of the World" does not request any sensitive device permissions:
- ❌ No location or GPS tracking
- ❌ No camera or microphone access
- ❌ No access to contacts or address books
- ❌ No access to photos or media outside the app's sandboxed storage
- ❌ No access to push notifications
5. No Payments or Subscriptions
The current version 1.0 contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The app therefore does not collect or process payment data.

When you download the app, the store operator processes the information required for your store account and download under its own privacy policy:

- %100 yerel çalışma: 246 ülke, bayrak vektörleri, quiz soruları ve yüksek puanlar cihazınızdaki uygulama paketinde yerel olarak bulunur.
- Oyun sırasında sunucu iletişimi yoktur: Normal kullanımda kişisel veriler, analizler veya davranış telemetrisi harici sunuculara aktarılmaz.
- Reklam ve takip yoktur: Üçüncü taraf reklam ağları kullanılmaz ve reklam kimliklerine erişilmez.
3. Cihazınızdaki yerel depolama
Uygulama, seçilen dili ve yerel oyun ilerlemesini veya yüksek puanları saklamak için standart işletim sistemi depolamasını kullanır. Bu bilgiler uygulamanın korumalı alanında kalır ve uygulama kaldırıldığında silinir.
4. Cihaz izinleri
Uygulama hassas cihaz izinleri istemez:

5. Ödeme veya abonelik yoktur
Mevcut 1.0 sürümü uygulama içi satın alma veya abonelik içermez. Bu nedenle uygulama ödeme verisi toplamaz veya işlemez.

2. Principe fondamental : 100 % hors ligne et minimisation des données
L’app « Flags of the World » est conçue selon les principes de protection des données dès la conception et par défaut (art. 25 du RGPD) :
- Aucun compte requis : l’app est utilisable sans inscription, connexion ni création de profil.
- Exécution 100 % locale : les 246 pays, drapeaux vectoriels, questions et meilleurs scores sont intégrés localement sur votre appareil.
- Aucune communication serveur pendant le jeu : l’utilisation normale n’envoie ni données personnelles, ni analyses, ni télémétrie comportementale à des serveurs externes.
- Sans publicité ni suivi : aucun réseau publicitaire tiers n’est intégré et aucun identifiant publicitaire n’est consulté.
3. Stockage local sur votre appareil
L’app utilise le stockage standard du système pour conserver la langue sélectionnée et la progression locale ou les meilleurs scores. Ces informations restent dans l’espace protégé de l’app et sont supprimées lors de sa désinstallation.
4. Autorisations de l’appareil
L’app ne demande aucune autorisation sensible :
- ❌ Aucun suivi de localisation ou GPS
- ❌ Aucun accès à la caméra ou au microphone
- ❌ Aucun accès aux contacts ou au carnet d’adresses
- ❌ Aucun accès aux photos ou médias hors de l’espace protégé de l’app

5. Aucun paiement ni abonnement
La version actuelle 1.0 ne contient aucun achat intégré ni abonnement. L’app ne collecte et ne traite donc aucune donnée de paiement.

Lorsque vous téléchargez l’app, l’opérateur de la boutique traite les informations nécessaires à votre compte et au téléchargement selon sa propre politique :
